An Actress's Take on All-Things-Screen

What Flies Above

Tomorrow i’m making a second attempt at my first flying lesson in a Piper Warrior at White Waltham Airfield. And I can’t wait. There’s a sneaky suspicion that it might be too windy again to go up. Still, i’m going to go to the airfield and if it doesn’t happen, I get to have a pub lunch in Windsor. Wonderful.

On that note, a new programme is coming to our screens at the end of February. You know me, I don’t really talk about documentaries or reality tv (*sighs*) but this one i’ve got to mention. It was filmed at the airfield last year and required ‘several tonnes of dog treats’.

Dogs Might Fly will be available to watch on February 28th at 7pm on Sky1. The premise?

‘Twelve abandoned dogs from across the UK will attempt to become the first dogs to fly a plane in a new television series’

I mean, who WOULDN’T want to tune into this?! I’m sure my friends and I will have a giggle. And Dad.
